Tcl, stands for Tool Command Language, is an interpretive scripting languagethat is the NX language for user supplied rules and is used in NX/Post,
Process Assistants, Shop Documentation, clsf fi le creation and the Post
Builder.
Tcl has an additional component, Tk. Tk, stands for Tool kit, is considered
to be an extension of Tcl and provides basic user graphic interface elements
such as buttons, check boxes, and scroll bars.
Tcl was originally developed by John K. Ousterhout while at the University of
California, Berkeley. Tcl is public domain software and is currently supported
by the Scriptix Corporation.
Tk can be activated by executing ugwish from the \mach\auxiliary directory.
