215. 安装 NX 遇到报错："Error 1723. There is a problem with this
Windows Installer package"
Symptom：
当尝试安装 NX 的时候，遇到系统提示下面报错：
Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL
required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your
support personnel or package vendor.
安装进程无法完成。
Solution
这个报错大部分是因为操作系统里的 SYSTEM 或者 USER 变量 TMP 和 TEMP 指向错
误。如果他们指向了一个不存在的目录，或者指向的目录没有完全的读写执行控制权，就
会遇到这个提示。
确保变量指向的目录有效，并对于所有用户都拥有完全控制权，可以解决这个问题。
