1.Set these variables
    FMS_HOME
    JAVA_HOME

2.Kill any java processes
3.Start an FCC... '%FMS_HOME%\bin\fccstat -start'

4.Set these variables
    UGII_BASE_DIR
    UGII_ROOT_DIR

5.For 2tier, set these variables
    TC_DATA
    TC_ROOT

6.For 4tier, set these variables
    UGII_UGMGR_COMMUNICATION
    UGII_UGMGR_HTTP_URL

7.Run command to start nx ... 'ugraf -pim=yes -u=username -p=password'
