The problem was found to be in /ugs/installed_programs.dat which has the
8 c5 q% G% t+ f  V  X, M! |9 wfollowing entry for NX9:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Unigraphics Solutions\Installed Applications]
- R9 K' d# ^( V0 g6 c$ `% |"Unigraphics V27"="/appls/ugs090/ugii/ugii"


It should have been " Unigraphics V27.0"
