( R* \2 S- {' m7 _* ^other users were ok.  This user only uses the thin client.

Solution
It was determined that the user had a lot of entries in the Web History.

" o+ T' f$ V. g# v5 P+ p7 I& m1 ?' ~3 CThe following command was run in a Teamcenter shell to Remove Web History for
this user from the database.

preferences_manager -u= -p= -g=dba -mode=remove -scope=USER
7 q1 y! x, ~( J% R7 J. ]-preferences=WEB_MyHistory -target=USERID
