You can export Organization via TEM
Step 1: Launch TEM
Step 2: Select "Perform maintenance on an existing configuration"

Step 4: Select "Manage Administration Data"
. w, O4 x9 h( f) }2 u9 U! J  e3 VStep 5: Under "Export Administration Data", Select "Full export", and then

  J4 P) Z: ?7 {6 A: w& \$ p) \0 SStep 6: In "Full Administration Data Export", select Organization, and click
next
Step 7: Enter DBA userid and password

Step 5: Under Import Administration Data select "Import" (it is recommended to
unselect "ignore package validation")
Step 6: Select the zip file what was created during the Export of organization.
Step 7: Select one of the Merge options.
Step 8: Enter DBA userid and password, click next
